Using a tripod is just one of the ways. The tripod will keep your camera in place and an accidental bumping into the too close zone will be eliminated.

Moving your body is another way to deal with focusing distance issue when taking photos of flowers. Lean your body forward or backward until you get the right focus the moment you have set your camera at the minimum distances.

Sampaguita is the national flower of the Philippines and happens to be one of the three national flowers of Indonesia as well. The Sampaguita or Jasminum Sambac is a fragrant flower that refreshes and rejuvenates. In the Philippines, people make Sampaguita necklaces and sell it in churchyards and along the busy streets of Manila. Those who buy the sampaguita necklaces tend to hang it on their altars not only as offering to the religious saints but also as air freshener. The Jasmine fragrant of one to five Sampaguita necklaces is strong enough to fill a medium-sized room with refreshing air. It will last for a day or two. However, many tend to have a new set of necklaces daily, since Sampaguita necklaces are very affordable.
